Paul & Deborah Bahm
Our art consists of wood turnings, with an emphasis on fine art bowls & vessels as well as usable birdhouses and ornaments. All the wood used for these pieces is gathered by the artists’ from various sources both in Ohio and the Southwest US. We only use trees that have fallen down or have had to be removed for various reasons. We recycle forests into art.
The wood is rough turned green and then left to season for one to two years before the piece is finish turned.
We have a strong commitment to being caretakers of nature , therefore we try to give new, beautiful life to trees after they have ceased to be growing plant.
